Obituary of Donna A. Bude

Donna Alice Bude, 58, of Swansea, was born on June 10, 1965, to Charles Bude and Judith Bude in Columbia, SC, and made heaven her eternal home on July 29, 2023. She attended Eau Claire High School and Will Lou Gray Opportunity School in the nursing program. Donna always enjoyed the small things and was always up for an adventure. She was a mother to oldest daughter Crystal Bude (Terrance Wiliams) of Swansea, and second born daughter Kiri Bainer (Chris Bainer) of Leesville, grandchildren Nathan McCracken, Colton McCracken, Everlee Williams, Terrance Williams, Jr., Mary Alice Bainer, and Jacob Bainer. She was predeceased by her baby boy Jerrick Chavis, and beautiful grandson Gavin Bainer. We find comfort in knowing they are together once again.

Donna never met a stranger and brought a smile to everyone she met. Though many storms were met, she always found a way to weather them. She was a very strong woman who was loved deeply, and she will be missed.

A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 3 PM at Independent Fellowship of the Living Word. At 3595 SC-6 Lexington, SC 29073. Officiating is Reverend Jack Whitlow.
