Ansley Eller Angel

Obituary of Ansley Eller Angel

Elizabeth “Ansley” Eller Angel, 49 of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away on July 14, 2023.   She was born March 4, 1974, to Deborah and Walter Eller, Jr.

Ansley, the most loving and devoted daughter, niece, sister, and aunt is survived by her parents, Deborah and Walter Eller Jr.; brother and sister-in-law, Walter “Trae” Eller III, and Shelley; aunt and uncle, Sally and Drew Basinger, aunt and uncle, Rebecca and Richard Paynter; niece, Charlotte-Rose Eller.

As a passionate animal lover, Ansley also considered her many dogs and cats to be part of her family.   Her pets were a source of comfort and strength through her ongoing health challenges.

Upon graduation from Lexington High School in 1992, she had a successful career working for several great companies, including Spence’s Glass, Bell South, AT&T and Windstream.

Ansley had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation.  Fiercely loyal and independent, she was a defender of the underdog and was a woman of integrity – she did what she said she would do.

Two of Ansley’s favorite things were being on Lake Murray and dancing with friends.   She was very close to her parents and cherished spending time with them.  Ansley loved her brother Trae, and adored her niece Charlotte-Rose, who was the light of her life.

Ansley was a truly wonderful woman whose impact will be forever felt by her family that loves her dearly. Her passing left an unfillable gap in the hearts of her loved ones.
