Obituary of Warren L. Peebles Sr.

Warren L. Peebles Sr., 84, of West Columbia, SC Passed away December 12, 2022. He was born on August 5, 1938 in Sumter, SC to Roy and Vivian Goodman Peebles. He grew up in Marion, SC and attended Marion High School. He played baseball and football. Warren also attended Clemson University.

Warren is survived by his loving wife of 60 years. Jean Peebles, Children, Donna Keisler (Warren), Warren Peebles Jr. (Teresa). Grandchildren, Jessica Keisler, Brandon Keisler, and Ryan Peebles. Warren enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and gardening.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church for 45 years. Warren did many of the drawings as a Chief Draftsman for Owen Steel Company. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at Woodridge Memorial Park Mausoleum, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow in Woodridge Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 226 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC.
