Obituary of Fredrick Mock Kimmer

Fredrick Mock Kimmer, Jr., 39, of Elgin, South Carolina passed away August 11, 2018.  He was born on September 18, 1978 in Columbia, South Carolina to Frederick Mock Kimmer, Sr. and Catherine Suzanne (Slagle) Kimmer.

Rick is survived by his daughter, Meredith Kimmer; mother, Catherine Suzanne Kimmer (Randall); sisters, Marie Kimmer (Briggs) and Deneane Rippy (Meaghan); as well as, his girlfriend, Britni Hunter.  He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick M. Kimmer, Sr.; sister, Celeste Kimmer and his grandparents.

Rick was a skilled electrician and could do pretty much anything he put his mind to.  He had a passion for motorcycles and will be lovingly remembered for his endless stories, his ability to make everyone laugh, and of course, RKB!  Although gone way too soon, Rick will not be forgotten and will always be loved!

The family will receive friends at Woodridge Memorial Park & Funeral Home on August 25, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  Following the visitation, there will be a funeral procession, to include motorcycles & cars, from Woodridge Funeral home to Greenlawn Memorial Park for an informal memorial service.
