Patricia A. ?Patticakes? Ellsworth, 58, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012. Born in Cleveland, OH, she was a daughter of Roberto Rivera and the late Margaret Rivera. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, William D. Ellsworth; two daughters, Sheena Ellsworth and Shay Rivera; three sons, Billy Ellsworth, Patrick Ellsworth and John Callahan; two sisters, Mary Lou Rivera and Debbie Rivera; a brother, Robert Rivera; also numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
