Obituary of Yvette D Roland

Yvette Doreen Smith Roland, 52, of Leesville went to meet her savior Thursday, October 18, 2012. The daughter of Frances Odell Miller and Ralph Vernon Smith Jr, she was born in Austin, Texas on August 2, 1960. She was predeceased by her father and grandmother Mary Gasper Lindemann. Yvette is survived by her mother F. Odell Miller, step father Larry Miller, sisters Mary F. Luce (Bill) and Glenda J. Davis, brothers Ralph V. Smith III (Barbara) and Keith A. Smith, nieces and nephews who she loved dearly and always encouraged to do well in life, and her ?buddy? and former husband Charles Roland. Yvette was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Leesville. It was there she found calmness and serenity. Yvette will be remembered for her zeal for life, her bigheartedness, and her love of family. A memorial service celebrating Yvette?s life will be held Friday November 2, 2012 at 4:30 P.M. in Providence Baptist Church, 3708 Pond Branch Road, Leesville, S.C.
