Obituary of Inez P. Hebert

Funeral Service for Inez P. Hebert, 90, will be held Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Saluda River Baptist Church, 3459 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church. Interment in Woodridge Memorial Park will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saluda River Baptist Church. A daughter of the late Guy W. and Edna Bullock Phillips, Mrs. Hebert was born March 4, 1927, in Lumberton, SC. She passed away Monday, January 22, 2018. Mrs. Hebert was a long-time member of Saluda River Baptist and the God Cares Sunday School Class. Besides her loving husband, James "Jim" Hebert, Mrs. Hebert was preceded in death by her brothers, Phil Phillps and Rudy Phillips. She is survived by her sons, Donald "Don" Hebert and Steven "Steve" Hebert; grandchildren, Miranda and Benjamin Hebert and Rachel Hebert Watson (Brandon). Mrs. Hebert enjoyed cooking and had a great gift of hospitality. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home is assisting the family.
