Obituary of Robert L. Brasington

Robert L. "Big Daddy" Brasington Blythewood- A Celebration of Life Service for Robert L. "Big Daddy" Brasington will be held Friday, December 22, 2017at 3:00 p.m. at Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home Mausoleum Chapel located at 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Robert was born in Columbia, SC on September 9, 1961. He was the son of the late Shirley Barfield and Lee W. Brasington. He also was predeceased by his loving wife Cindy Brasington and loving Step Father Julious O'Neal Barfield and his younger brother, Terry Dale Brasington. He is survived by Brothers, Michael T. Brasington (Tina J. Hutto), Lee W. Brasington, Jr. and sister Pattie Cox (Chris L. Cox), Grandson, Brandon Keels. Robert "Big Daddy" was a big-hearted brute of a man that loved anyone he came in contact with. He always saw the good in people. Christmas was a very special time for him as he appointed himself "Our Very Own Santa". He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him and always remembered at this special time of the year.
