Obituary of Jacqueline C. Howell

Jacqueline C. Howell, 81, of Gaston, South Carolina passed away December 11, 2017. She was born on April 13, 1936 in, South Carolina to the late Lila Mae and Harry Cooper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wyman S. Howell, son, Keith Howell and her sister Jewelle Craft. Survivors include Daughters: Debra Bigbee, Catherine Kelly and Sandra Partyka. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Jacqueline served for ten years as secretary of the Gaston Family and Community Leaders Club, three years assisting with Lexington County Food Bank and six years assisting with Collard Festival of Gaston. Services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 12:00 Noon in the Mausoleum Chapel at Woodridge Memorial Park. 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
