Obituary of Thomas Frank Parcenka

Thomas Frank Parcenka, 68, of Swansea, husband of the late Regina Witkoski, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017. He was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to the late Peter and Frances Jenel Parcenka. He had retired from NCR Corporation and was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War. He is survived by a son, Nick Parcenka (Michelle); one brother, Peter Parcenka; and two grandchildren, Dylan and Bella Parcenka. Addition to his wife and parents he is predeceased by a brother, Thor Parcenka. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home is assisting the family.
