Obituary of Doris E Tatham

Gaston - Doris E. Tatham, 83, was born May 9, 1934 and passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017. She is survived by her children, Yvonne (Steve) Peak, Jim (Kim) Tatham, Marsha (Steve) Williams, Kenny (Becky) Tatham, Sonja Bryan, and Melissa Tatham; sister, Iris (Bill) Tatham; as well as 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. During her life, she was very close to her sister, Iris, and her late brother, David Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James D. Tatham; her son, Mark Tatham; brother, Herman Cooper; sister, Claris Bazzle; and her parents Jake and Gladys Cooper. Mrs. Tatham was a devoted Jehovah's Witness for more than 40 years and she took great pride in being a caring Foster Parent to many, many children. The last days of her life were filled with compliments and support from her special daughter, Yvonne and grandson, Daniel Crowley. Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home is assisting the family.
