Jean Frances Matthews, 70, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away July 9, 2017 at her home. She was born on November 30, 1946 in Charlottesville, Virginia to the late Jessie Matthews. Jean is survived by her son Robert Matthews of Lexington, South Carolina. The family will be planning a memorial service at a later date.
