Born in Columbia, he was a son of the late William Harvey and Irene F. Warner, Sr. He is survived by his sister, Jill W. Richardson (Marion) of Irmo; brothers, David F Warner (Lynda) of Irmo, and Douglas B. Warner (Laura), of Columbia; 3 nieces, Caroline and Jennifer Warner, Sheri Parris (Brian); nephew, Bill Teal (Mary), and a large and loving extended family.
