Obituary of Glenn L. Hallman

Gaston - A funeral service for Glenn L. Hallman, Sr., 83, of Gaston, will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Mausoleum Chapel of Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Mr. Tommy Glenn will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 7:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2015 at Woodridge Funeral Home. Mr. Hallman passed away peacefully at his home Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Born in Salley, he was a son of the late John and Nolie Margaret Cooper Holman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great-great grandfather and brother who enjoyed travelling, hunting, fishing and socializing with his many friends. He was a member of the Columbia Seventh Day Adventist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Margaret Bolin Hallman; six children; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; 5 brothers and sisters, and a very large and loving extended family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by 2 sisters, a brother, and a granddaughter.
