Obituary of Zora Davis Jeffers

Zora Davis Jeffers, 92, of Cayce passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014. Born September 16, 1921 in Great Falls, SC she was the daughter of the late Murray Luther Davis and Emma Wicks Davis. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and Daughters of American Revolution. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 3pm at Westside Baptist Church, 2100 Platt Springs Road West Columbia SC 29169. Visitation will be held from 2pm until the hour of service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family has entrusted Woodridge Funeral Home in handling the arrangements. Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughters, Patsy Jones (Bob) of S. Congaree and Elaine Jeffers of W. Columbia; sons, Ronald Jeffers of Cayce, Murray Jeffers (Mary) of Lexington and Thomas Jeffers (Brenda) of W. Columbia; 13grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband of 56years, Joe E. Jeffers.
