Obituary of Richard Mark Bryan
LEXINGTON—Richard Mark Bryan, 60, of Lexington, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 5, 1952, he was a son of Howard and Shirley Braunstein. He was predeceased in death by his mother, Shirley Braunstein.
Graduated from AC Flora High School, he attended USC and Midlands TEC, earning a degree in welding. He owned and operated Bryan Welding from 1982-2012. He was an avid fisherman and a nationally certified black belt in Ju Jitsu, Division Shodan.
Surviving is his wife, Debbie Powers Bryan of Lexington; sisters, Lynn Reichlyn (Steve) of Isle of Palms, Pam Brady (Jess) of Charlotte, NC and Karen Braun of Lexington; brother, Kenneth Braunstein of Mt. Pleasant; step-daughters, Mandi White (Dee), Casey White (Jesse) and step-grandchildren, Dalton & Maylee White all of Lexington.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, September 20, 29013 at Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church.
