Obituary of Leonard Lee Goff
Hopkins—Leonard Lee Goff, Sr., 91, of Hopkins, died Sunday morning. He was a son of the late John and Mary Grimsley Goff and was predeceased by his wife, Dottie.
A memorial service will be held at Earlewood Baptist Church Friday, September 6th at 3:30 PM.
Mr. Goff was a retired painting contractor, charter member of PDCA and a member of Earlewood Baptist Church. He was a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Reserves serving in both World War II and the Korean War.
Surviving is 3 daughters; Lotey Smith, Angel Taylor and Inez Fannin, 2 sons; Carroll Goff and Leonard Lee Goff, Jr., and Ken Stafford, a friend who became like a son. He also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Woodridge Funeral Home is serving The Goff Family. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Earlewood Baptist Church. A private burial will be held at a later date.
