To the Tran family:
I am so grateful to have been able to know Dan. I worked with him at the National Advocacy Center from 2009-2013. He never ceased to make me smile. He was a kind hearted, hard working, and gentle soul. He loved his family so very much. He would bring little photo albums and share stories about you all of the time. I wish I would have had the opportunity to see him again before he left this world. Please know how much of a positive impact he had on others. His spirit touched all of those who were blessed enough to cross his path. My deepest condolences to each of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you, now and always.
Dan, thank you for the smiles, your laugh, the jokes you shared, and your ability to make others feel loved and appreciated, even during the hardest of days, while working at the NAC. You are free of all of the health problems that plagued you while on this earth. Go enjoy all of the sodas and sweets that you want. You deserve them. :)
