Obituary of Jerrick Thore Chavis

Jerrick Thore Chavis – Swansea – Services for Jerrick Thore Chavis, 28, of Swansea, will be private. Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family with arrangements. Jerrick Chavis passed away at his home on January 2, 2022. Born in West Columbia, he was a son of Lynwood Chavis and Donna Alice Bude. Jerrick was a kind-hearted man who enjoyed playing video games, reading comic books, and listening to music. He loved God, and attended church faithfully. Jerrick was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be missed by all who knew him.

Jerrick is survived by his parents; his sisters, Kiri Chavis and Crystal Bude; brothers-in-law, Christopher Bainer and Terrance Williams; nieces, MaryAlice Bainer and Everlee Williams; nephews, Jacob Bainer,  Terrance Williams Jr., Colton McCracken and Nathan McCracken.
