Frances Clark

Obituary of Frances Clark

Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:43

Frances Clark, 72, of West Columbia, passed away on January 14, 2022. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Lexington.

Interment service for Frances will be held Friday, February 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

She led an amazing life, had a wonderful marriage, and had two beautiful children. She is survived by her husband, Perry; son, Dusty; son-in-law, Dwayne Brantley; grandson, James; and granddaughter, Reagan. She was preceded in death by her daughter Allison Brantley.

Thank you to everyone who has loved our family in this difficult time. The struggle that she faced was at times overwhelming, but she fought as hard as she could. Everything else she had to leave to God. She was a strong believer in Jesus and we know that we will see her again in heaven one day.

As Philippians 3:20-21 says, "Our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body." Her body has been transformed now and all her struggles are gone.

If you don't know this Jesus that I am speaking of, he is our hope for salvation and eternal life. If you find a Bible and open to John 3:16, it says "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life." That is the start of your journey. Only Jesus can save you from your sins. Please find a local church and begin discovering Jesus.

We know that God has worked it out for good, and in that we are grateful. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. " Romans 8:28
