William Freddie Kelly, Jr. Lexington, SC Mr. William Freddie Kelly, Jr. passed away on December 22, 2011. He was born February 22, 1953 in Columbia, SC, a son of William ?Pop? Kelly and Doris ?Dot? Kelly. Mr. Kelly served as a caretaker in the medical field for many years. William Kelly is survived by his sister, Jeannie K. Sosa (Mark) of West Columbia; his niece, Ashley N. Sosa; a great nephew, Cameron A. Marsh and great niece Carmen N. Sosa all of West Columbia. The family will have a private gathering for a memorial service to be announced at a later time.
