Obituary of Carol M Smith

Carol M. Smith, 66, left to be with the Lord on May 10, 2021. She was born on October 23, 1954 on a United States Air Force Base in Frankfort, Germany to the late NW and Annette McKenzie.

Carol was a devoted, loving wife to Wayne Smith for 33 years. She is survived by a son, Jayson Brazell (Angel), and was a wonderful grandmother to Tori Brazell. She also leaves behind two brothers and their families, Walter McKenzie and Charles McKenzie. Carol was predeceased by a sister, Cathy McKenzie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She will be missed dearly and loved continually.

A Celebration of Life service for Carol Smith will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the Lakeside Gazebo at Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Columbia, SC 29072. Pastor Steve Phillips will officiate. Burial will follow the service in Woodridge Memorial Park.
