Lisa Yolanda Nealy was born to the late Arthur Lee Tucker Sr. and Joann Nealy Tucker on June 22, 1963, at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She was the first of three children; Lisa, Arthur Lee Jr., (known as Duke) and Cynthia.

Lisa attended P.S. 40, JHS 271, and graduated from William H. Maxwell High School. She later attended the Wilfred Academy of Beauty, and became a Licensed Cosmetologist, which brought her and her creativity great joy. Lisa resided in Brooklyn, NY, where she was loved, and always showed love and support to family and friends. If anyone fell on hard times and needed a place to stay, her door was always open to loved ones.

In 1997, Lisa moved to Binghamton, NY, and made a home for her family. She was employed with Laidlaw Bus Service, where she daily monitored children traveling to and from school. Her love and affection was given to and received from all those with whom she came in contact. She later put her knowledge and friendly communication skills into tele-marketing, where she also excelled and found joy.

Lisa was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was always full of life, and brought laughter to all who were blessed to be in her presence. Lisa was the mother of the late Davone Julius Nealy, her only son; her daughter, Lanequia Nealy; four grandchildren, Malachi Nealy, Devin Woolfolk, the late Kaylind Woolfolk and Namiah Camber; sister and brother-in-law, Cynthia Tucker-Peterson and Steaffon Peterson; niece, Tiffany Tucker; three nephews, Terrance Tucker, Yourmajesty “Magic” Tucker and Steaffon Peterson Jr.; several brothers-in-love, Kevin Branch, Codwell Coleman Jr., four great-nephews and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
