Obituary of Reta Louise Thomas

Reta Louise Thomas, 76, of Lexington, SC, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 19, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Born August 13, 1942 in Brunswick, Maine to the late Harold Leroy and Alice Dorothy Mears Jordan, Reta was a volunteer at Church Food Pantry, volunteer at Member of Fluor Community Building Projects. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, reading western and war novels, and mostly spending time with her family. Reta is survived by her sister; Mary E. Lopez of Vero Beach, FL, nephew; Johnny V. Lopez (Jennifer) of Lexington, SC, niece; Lillian A. DeFosses of Vero Beach, FL, great-nephews; Diego, Alexander, and Peter, great- nieces; Sofia, and Dominique. A memorial service for Reta will be held 2 PM Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to time of service. Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home is assisting the family.
